How To Check The Cleaning Quality Of Stainless Steel Bearings

The cleaning quality of stainless steel bearing is tested by subsensing. After the bearing is cleaned, carefully observe that there will always be some remaining oil in the inner and outer ring raceway, on the rolling body and in the gap of the cage. When checking, you can first scrape out the remaining grease with a clean feeler, smear it on the thumb, rub it slowly with the index finger back and forth, if there is a rustle between the fingers, that the bearing has not been cleaned, it should be washed again. Hold the bearing in your hand, pinch the inner ring, dial the outer ring to rotate horizontally, with flexible rotation, no block, no beating as qualified.
The cleaned stainless steel bearing, filled with lubricant, should be placed on the assembly table, with a clean cloth or paper pad below, covered with plastic sheet, for assembly. When moving the bearing, it is not allowed to take it directly by hand. You should wear canvas gloves or wrap the bearing with a clean cloth before taking it, otherwise, due to sweat and moisture on your hands, it is easy to make the bearing produce fingerprint rust after contact.
