The influence of external environment on stainless steel bearings includes the following two aspects:
1. Temperature: The effect of temperature on stainless steel bearings often shows that bearings are in a high temperature abnormal state. High temperature can also be harmful to the lubricating oil of stainless steel bearings. Sometimes the overheating of stainless steel bearings can be attributed to the lubricant of FAG bearings. If the bearing for a long time exceeds 125℃, the bearing life will be reduced. The causes of high temperature bearings include insufficient lubrication or excessive lubrication and lubricant. It contains impurities, heavy duty, FAG bearing loss ring, clearance clearance, high friction generated by oil seal, etc.
2, vibration: the vibration damage of stainless steel bearing can be said to be quite sensitive. The phenomenon of spalling, indentation, rust, crack and wear will appear in the vibration measurement of stainless steel bearing. Therefore, a special bearing vibration measuring instrument (frequency analyzer, etc.) can be used to measure the vibration amplitude, and abnormal conditions can not be inferred from the frequency. The measured values vary due to the condition of the bearing or the position of the sensor. Therefore, we need to analyze and compare the measurements of each machine in advance, and then determine the criteria. According to the use of the site and use conditions and environmental conditions to choose the size, size, accuracy.
1. Application: stainless steel bearing is suitable for radial and axial load, mainly radial load. They are usually paired with two sets of bearings and are mainly used for the front and rear wheels, drive bevel gears, differential and reducer components.
2. Allowed speed: in the correct installation, good lubrication environment, allowed to be 0.3-0.5 times, bearing limit speed. In general, under normal conditions, 0.2 times the maximum speed is best.
3. Allowed tilt Angle: stainless steel bearings generally do not allow the tilt shaft relative to the shell hole, if the tilt is less than 2.
4. Allowed temperature: Under the condition of normal load and lubricant high temperature resistance and full lubrication, generally stainless steel bearings are allowed to work at 30-150 ℃ ambient temperature.
